So, a "thing" just happened.

For so many years, I have navigated the world of business, sometimes with confidence and many times NOT.

I was resourceful and looked for mentors, organizations, groups, books, forums and just about anything I could find to figure out the challenges I faced in business and in life.

But none really spoke to all the challenges of being a women in business, a wife with a husband partner, a mom of 3, an ambitious business owner and a huge advocate for personal development and healthy boundaries.

I looked for answers to questions AND questions to challenges that I didn't even know to ask. You know... the things you DON'T know that you DON'T know...

So, this thing happened...
I started this group.

My book shelves don't need anymore dusty workbooks. I don't want to watch anymore boring power point presentations. I could care less about theories and statistics. This is about ACTION TAKING, real life success and real life application.

Powerful, strong, confident boss women to gather and support. To share ideas of how they overcame challenges, improved productivity, leveled up and moved the needle in their business WHILE balancing the rest.
