When you decide it’s time for a change… the work begins.

The next step is being honest about where you are today. I mean, really honest. Then, measuring it in a way that is tangible.

My coach, Brendan Bouchard in his book High Performance Habits gives 8 categories to measure. Areas like family, intimacy, health, work, etc.

You have to know where you start so… you can know how far you’ve come!

This happens weekly. Every week, do you think about how you’ve move towards your dreams and goals? Or are you going through the motions and hoping your life will look different…. Magically.
