I am so excited that you have decided to join in on this end of the year challenge with this community of kick-ass people. We are going to have some amazing breakthroughs, some damn fun, some moments of doubt and then some ‘good ol’fashion’ accountability within the group.

Just like this year has been, we have changed things up and learn new things. This year may not have started off as your best year, but that doesn't mean it can't end that way. #finishstrongchallengers
If this is your first year participating ... Well, welcome! Buckle up! You have joined a group of people who are taking control. You have signed up to make the last 60 days of 2020 amazing. You have decided that you will end the year strong!
Each and every week, we're going to tackle new topics. We will talk about habits, fear, time management, persistence, gratitude, focus, health, food, water and values.
We will dive deep into what drives us, what derails us and what daily habits we can put in place to reach the goals we set for ourselves. We will spend 8 weeks together sharing the triumphs, the struggles and the comedy in life… with some extra dance parties of course
I will give you the tools that I have learned in my life and share with you what has made me successful and what has been an epic fail. But this doesn’t happen with me… it happens when you play FULL OUT; when you don’t sit back and listen, write some shit down on a piece of paper and say “yeah, that makes sense” then… go back to your life. Don’t waste your time.
My request is simple. Decide to put yourself #1 for the next 60 days. Decide to play FULL OUT. Decide that you are worthy. Decide that it is important to YOU and to those around you.
I have provided you with a few things.
#1. The 5 to Thrive diagram. Print it. Put it up. This is the foundation of the next 60 days.
You will spend each day committing to these 5 daily habits to make HUGE change in your life. So many think that you have to move mountains or invent the next new thing… to create an incredible life that you dream about. It isn’t TRUE. Quite frankly, it’s total bullshit. What you have to do is make small changes in your everyday life and more forward…. Move towards your dreams and goals in small measureable ways… consistently… and before you know it, YOU ARE THERE!
Do you want to lose weight? It happens with one good decision (like passing on the donut) after another.
Do you want to start that dream business? It happens with one task moving the needle towards that…each day.
#2. Calendars with check off spaces for each ‘5 to thrive’ tasks.
If you are a check list junkie like me, you will LOVE these. Print, post up and mark away!! My motto is “Get Shit Done” so this totally speaks to that visceral need to cross things off a list. Aaaahhhhh.
Lastly, and most importantly, create an environment in your life where you can have every day people join you. Share the challenge with your co-workers, family, friends even your kids. I share this with my work team, my husband gets into it… and my kiddos (oh my precious kiddos) they… LOVE to get a chance to push themselves in a fun way.
Life is in constant motion. We don’t ever arrive! We are either moving forward or backwards. We are either growing or dying. We are either getting in shape OR getting out of shape. You get the point.
