Here I am.

I show up for you today with my readers on. It's official. I am tired of squinting. My arms are getting too short. I have to admit the inevitable.

Though my body shows some signs of shrinking, my mindset and ambitions only grow. Your 40's are awesome! You find clarity. You still have the stamina to go go go and you don't give a crap about how others judge you.

We are all limitless. You just have to believe, deep down, in who you are.

We have all the tools we need to be who we want to be; just focus on it, believe it and see the results. You have to do the work but "Like attracts Like"

So, if you need to hear this today, Life is only beginning when you hit 50! 

Here's my hack: In this age of technology, go online and find an influencer who resounds with you. Pick someone in the world that speaks your language and has done the things you dream about doing. Then, follow them like a STALKER. Watch their videos, their IG profile, their FB, whatever they offer; books, videos, audio whatever.

Create a DAILY space where you put that inspiration in your life. Make room in the early morning before anyone else is awake or at night when everyone has been in bed; make time at lunch break or in the car when driving. There are so many ways to incorporate that positivity into your life. NO EXCUSES>

Go out today and be the best version of you! I believe in you.
